I'm the IT PMO Lead at Dauch (formerly American Axle), where I run five international programs at once with 30+ people across infrastructure, cloud, security, applications and the service desk.
Before that I spent five years inside Comcast data centers running hardware cutovers, then managed retail site rollouts for national clients. I do my best work where projects are physical and distributed, and where leadership needs a clear answer on schedule, risk and cost.
